Shipping Policy

Shipping & Returns

Due to COVID-19, our normal response time may be extended. Processing and shipping times may be delayed, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please add info@ikosportswear.com to your email address book and safe list to ensure you receive all order status information from IKO Sportswear.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your estimated delivery and tracking information. 

  • Orders will ship out the day of the purchase if the order is placed before 2PM EST with the exception of orders placed on major holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday, excluding major holidays. Orders received after 2PM EST on a weekday are processed the following business day*.

  • Overnight orders must be placed by 2 PM EST for next day delivery. While delays are rare, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. External factors beyond IKO's control, such as weather conditions or mechanical problems, may impact delivery times.

  • Overnight orders placed Friday or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day. If shipping overnight on Friday, please select Saturday delivery. Zip code and address must be verified for availability of Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge, but it is not available in all areas.  Please contact us at info@ikosportswear.com or call 1-855-590-0304 for delivery details.

  • For security, IKO utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) s as its primary carrier as well as the United Parcel Service (UPS). Please be aware that all items for a single order may not arrive in the same package on the same day. Lastly, IKO requires a signature on all orders over $500 as well as any expedited shipping method (Overnight and Saturday).

  • If an item is not currently in stock, IKO will contact you with the forecasted delivery date.

      *Business days are weekdays (Monday- Friday) only.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you return merchandise in its original condition, i.e. unworn and undamaged and with proof of purchase within 30 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Note: Any sales categorized as a "final sale" at the time of purchase are ineligible for returns.

Merchandise must be  accompanied by the original packaging. Any missing or damaged merchandise will void the refund.

If the item you are returning was given as a gift, you will receive IKO online store credit. You may use this credit at any time to purchase the item of your choosing. To return an item, simply complete the packaging slip/merchandise return form included with your package. In the absence of this form, please make sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number or email address and your original form of payment. Send to:

Please return your package using your carrier of choice. IKO recommends using USPS Registered Mail or UPS Overnight services. Please send the package to us fully insured for the purchase price.

In the unlikely event we process your order incorrectly or your item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back the item and exchange it for another, or return your item and credit you the full amount of the purchase. If this should happen, please call our shipping office at 855-590-0304 or email us at info@ikosportswear.com for procedures on returning the item. Damaged items require the original packaging.
